CompTIA A+ Certification

This program prepares students to perform basic IT support tasks, including installing and configuring computer hardware and software, troubleshooting common issues with operating systems and peripherals, maintaining system security, and providing technical assistance to users, making it suitable for entry-level roles like help desk technician or field technician. 

 

This course prepares the student for CompTIA A+ Certification.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.

  • Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems

  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
    following design or installation specifications

  • Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
