CompTIA A+ Certification
This program prepares students to deal with the problems they may encounter when supporting Personal Computers in an office environment. It provides in-depth knowledge of both computer hardware and software and prepares students to take the A+ certification exams. Students will have practical hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer problems and assembling a computer.
Successful students may choose to progress to advanced qualifications such as MCSA, MCSE which are in high demand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
following design or installation specifications -
Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
