PRIMAVERA P6 (Computer Software Systems)
Provides hands-on training for software’s client/server-based solution, leading participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Topics include adding activities, assigning resources, and creating a baseline. Students also will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling.

This course is intended for individuals who want to pursue a career as a computer service technician or an IT support technician. It is designed to prepare individuals to achieve recognition as a CompTIA A+ Computer Technician.

OFFICE AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
Learn office skills such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Quickbooks skills as required. In addition, contact resource management using Outlook will be taught. (E-mail addresses, calendar, contacts) At completion, the student will be able to pass the MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification.

COMPUTER BASICS
Computer Basics is an entry-level program that covers basics such as an introduction to Microsoft Windows and installing software. At completion, the student will be able to learn about computer files including naming and saving files, as well as protecting files. Able to use the Internet, the Web, and e-mail.
Duration: 4 Weeks
Occupational Goal: To become Computer Literate.
NETWORK+ CERTIFICATION TRAINING
Network+ course serves as a general introduction to networking including local and wide area network technology. This course prepares you for the Comp TIA Network+ Certification Exam.

MCSA
The Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) is a mid-level certification that covers skills required to manage most facets of windows 2003 network environment including installation, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting. These skills will enable you to apply your knowledge in medium to large size organizations that maintain 200 to 26,000 user desktops and servers, spanning 2 to 100 physical locations via local area networks (LANs) and the Internet or Intranets.

IT ADMINISTRATOR PROGRAM
The IT Administrator program covers A+, Network+ and MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) certification topics. Students learn a wide range of hardware, operating systems and networking skills needed to support and administer both computer systems and Microsoft Windows 2003 client/server based networks.

IT ENGINEER PROGRAM
IT Engineer program is an advanced program which covers MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) with Security and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification topics. At the end of the course students will be able to implement, manage and troubleshoot medium to large size computer network based on Microsoft Windows 2003 platform and Cisco components (routers and switches).

SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE
The course is valuable for anyone needing to know how to plan activities, organizations, and staffing for effective quality assurance. Programmers and analysts learn specific techniques that enable them to develop and/or assure higher-quality products with fewer resources. The course is valuable for project, quality and line managers. It is also of benefit to directors who have responsibility for either software development, maintenance, and quality or product assurance.
